About the University:

One of the main axes in the development plan of any country is the establishment and development of scientific and research centers and science production by training young, committed and specialized forces of that country, which fortunately with the approval of new laws and activation of higher education institutions in different parts of the country. Undoubtedly, the establishment of such institutions will create a change in the educational structure of the country, which will not only affect higher education, but will also have positive and significant effects on the country’s economy.

In this regard, Payame Noor University of Sabzevar, with the aim of cultivating talents through education and scientific research in order to help equip and supply the specialized manpower required by the country and expand the frontiers of knowledge, create research facilities to identify potential unknown factors and Increasing the scientific capacity in the field of various sciences and participation in solving social problems, and the duties of admitting and educating students in different fields The Council for the Development of Higher Education and Public Credits was established and started working in 1991 with the admission of 131 students in three fields of study: educational sciences, accounting and government management in a rented building. In 1999, this center was moved from a rented building to a semi-constructed administrative-educational real estate building located on land allocated by the General Directorate of Urban Land of Khorasan Province (according to a memorandum dated 1371 and with an area of ​​three hectares).

At present, this center conducts courses in technical and engineering, basic sciences and humanities at the undergraduate level. With the efforts of the department, managers and esteemed staff of the complex, it seeks to prepare for the recruitment of several courses at the graduate level .
